FAQ's
Q: Can you do a site for me if I have my own
web space on my local server here in my area or state, etc.?
A: Of course! We will need access to your IP account and/or a means to
your providers methods of publishing. Most IP's have no problem with us getting
access as long as you grant permission.
Q: I have my own web site already, but I'm
not good at doing my own graphics. Can you just design logos and/or graphics for
my web site?
A: You bet! Just give us an idea of what you want. We'll quote you a
price and let you view it for approval. Upon your approval and payment, you got
it!
Q: How will I know I will like what you'll
design after you start?
A: Easy, you'll be able to see your graphic and/or site be developed as
we build it. You see something you don't like, just tell us and we'll change it.
In fact, after the final completion, you'll have 3 business days to make any
last minute minor changes for no charge. After that, a fee may be charged
depending on the intensity of the work
involved.
Q: My site will require regular updates
which could be either major or minor. Will I be charged for these updates?
A: Yes, time is money. However, there are various maintenance fees billed
on a monthly basis. We set up a contractual agreement to do what you may want and
it will be done when you authorize us to do so. If you have things that only
need to be done on occasion, we can bill you at a one time charge for that
occurrence. This is billed in hourly increments minimum 2 hours and charges are
determined by what you may need done.
Q: How do you charge for design
work?
A: It varies. Depending on what we agree upon, it can be charged on an
hourly rate or a one time overall quote for the whole site. It depends on what
we'd discuss. Usually the simplicity or intensity of a design may determine
this. However, it generally goes by the hour.

However, they can be quoted on a site as a
whole.
** Fees for Internic registration, Hosting, Dial-Ups, setups, etc. are separate.
Once quoted and contracted, prices are firm and cannot be changed.
